My Why
My family is my ultimate ‘why' I do what I do. My wife, a dedicated healthcare administrator, and my 6-year-old son, who excels in karate, inspire me every day. Watching my son’s discipline, resilience, and growth fuels my passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement in my own career. My wife’s commitment to making a difference in healthcare reminds me of the impact that well-designed, data-driven solutions can have on people’s lives. Their unwavering support and drive push me to innovate, lead with purpose, and create solutions that not only advance industries but also contribute to a better future for the next generation.
My Story
I’m Manjish Naik—husband, father, sports fanatic, marathon runner and lifelong problem-solver.
My family is my greatest inspiration. I was born and raised in Pune, India, a city rich in history and culture. My journey brought me to the U.S. for grad school at Arizona State University, and I’ve since made my home in the Greater Atlanta area. When I’m not working, you’ll find me running on the greenway, badminton court, rock climbing, or cheering for my favorite sports teams (Go India! Go Jackets!). I also love board games, exploring new cuisines, and perfecting the art of BBQ—smoking a brisket to perfection is a science and an art!
Beyond my hobbies, I find purpose in giving back. Whether it’s mentoring students in math and engineering or helping teams navigate complex challenges, I believe in sharing knowledge and lifting others up. Life is about learning, growing, and making a meaningful impact, and I try to do that every day—both at home and in my work.
At my core, I believe in leading with empathy, embracing challenges head-on, and finding joy in the little things. My family keeps me grounded, my passions keep me energized, and my curiosity keeps me moving forward.
