SMRP Conference: Improve OEE using smart devices and AI/ ML Algorithms

At the SMRP 2023 conference, I presented on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through smart devices and AI/ML algorithms, with a specific focus on a novel tag standardization framework. This framework employs NLP techniques to automate and enhance tag mapping, addressing challenges related to manual errors and lack of standardization. The presentation included case studies demonstrating the use of classification, anomaly detection, and prediction algorithms to identify problem modes in food processing equipment (spiral freezers, water jet portioners) and implement predictive maintenance strategies. This work highlights my skills in NLP, text mining, and the development of AI-driven solutions for industrial maintenance and optimization.
